Community Health Access Program (CHAP)
Offering application assistance for uninsured families. Certified Application Assistant (CAA) help complete applications for comprehensive health insurance coverage in state and federal health insurance programs.
UnMarked for Life (UML)
The Un-Marked for Life Project (UML) is a gang-tattoo removal program for individuals striving towards self-sufficiency away from gang life. This service is referral-based and collaborates with existing services through our community partners.
GRASP
GRASP or Gang Resistance and Awareness Symposiums are offered in collaboration with the City of Stockton and the Peacekeepers. This series of programs offers families is high risk neighborhoods information on how to identify gang interest in their elementary aged children along with prevention and intervention strategies.
California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs)
Providing case management services to families in the County's Welfare-to-Work Program. The main purpose of the program is to help participants prepare for work, find gainful employment and retain that employment in order to become self-supporting; which in turn allows the family to enjoy a better way of life.
Parents As Teachers (PAT)
Provides Parent Educators to the HUGS (Helping Us Grow Successfully) program, a school readiness project in Lodi Unified School District, and to increase the likelihood of school success for children by educating parents about child development, including brain development, and assisting them in creating a healthy environment for their young children.
CARE (through PG&E)
The CARE program provides a 20 percent discount on monthly energy bills for qualified low- or fixed- income households and housing facilities. Qualifications are based on the number of people living in your home and your total annual household income.
