PCHP (Parent-Child Home Program)

Charterhouse Center is proud to be the first PCHP replication site in Northern California. Since 2001, Charterhouse has been providing PCHP services to families with this unique home visitation program. PCHP is a research-based school readiness program that has been in existence for over 40 years. The PCHP program encourages parent-child interaction through educational books and toys while modeling the behavior for parents. Currently, Charterhouse's PCHP is offered in the Lottie Grunsky Elementary School attendance area and in Linden Unified School District. Funded by First 5 San Joaquin, services are available to parents with children between the ages of zero through five in these school's attendance areas.
