San Joaquin County Culinary Showcase
We expect a sold-out event on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at Hutchins Street Square, Lodi when 4 chefs from the area prepare and present their finest rendition of the chosen ingredient to 250 of our area's most discerning gourmets for tasting and judging. Chefs will be judged by a panel of culinary experts as well as the audience.

Charterhouse Center for Families Raffle
Charterhouse Center for Families is offering a raffle for a five-day stay at beautiful villa "Casa Ombuto" in Tuscany with cooking lessons. Learn to make complete 4-course Italian dinners covering all the basic Italian cooking techniques. You will make a wide range of antipastas including crostinis, bruschetta and torte verdura to mention but a few.

Tickets are $100 eash. Only 350 tickets will be sold. Drawing wil be held September 9, 2010 at the San Joaquin Valley Regional Culinary Showcase. Winner need not to be present to win.
